All templates work without any malware (except for template commands JoomlaXTC - for it can not vouch). Templates are in the archives, as many for the correct installation it should be placed through the admin panel of Joomla, and not simply be copied (which, incidentally, an important point - can not work properly any modules or not display as intended - it is desirable to use a set pattern). And to set the templates should be in the archive.
